We apply the international grading system to every stone we handle, and each parcel is inspected before it is priced.
Every parcel we sell is described truthfully: weight, colour, clarity and cut grade as agreed with the buyer, and any other characteristics material to the sale. If a customer ever finds a description that does not match the goods, they can contact our office at hk@solitairecompany.com and we will put it right.
