Our policies

Human rights due diligence

We assess human rights risks in our business every year using the RJC Human Rights Due Diligence toolkit.

Ours is a small office with a low risk of human rights impacts: no child labour is employed (age proof is held in every employee file), there is no discrimination, employees are free to join a union, and we have no mining operations, no security personnel and no sourcing from artisanal mining or conflict-affected areas. Our customers are known through KYC procedures, and the majority of our goods come from within our own group.

Where our assessment identifies any risk, we record it, act on it and follow it up. The results of each assessment are reviewed by the Director.

Anyone may raise a human rights concern through our grievance mechanism.
